What is included
Rosters
Add players to each team. With online registration the roster comes in with the sign-up, one line per person.
Dressing room and logo
The room number sits right next to the team. The logo shows up on the live page next to the name.
Co-organizers
Invite helpers by email and tick what they may touch: setup, people, structure, planner, results or publishing.
A results link per team
Every team gets its own link and reports scores from a phone, straight into the table.
Hand over the event
New club chair next year? The owner transfers the event to another email address and nothing gets lost.

One team drops out, another steps in.
You change the name in the list. Schedule, standings and live page show the new team right away. Nobody reprints anything, and the other coaches only notice that their opponent has a different name now.

Common questions
Can spectators see the teams' email addresses?
No. The public page only shows team name, country and logo. Contact details are for the organizing team.
Can I reuse last year's teams?
Yes. Copy the event with teams and you keep the list and every setting. Then you only change the date.
How many teams can I add?
Up to 8 on the free Starter plan, up to 60 on Standard and no limit on Full.
