What is included

Templates

Groups only, knockout only, or groups followed by a knockout round. The template creates phases and slots, then you adjust.

Placeholders

A semi-final slot can read "Winner Group A". Once the group is done, the right team appears there.

Groups

Round robin, with return matches if you want them. EasyTourney creates the pairings.

Knockout rounds

From the round of 16 to the final. Winners move on without you copying anything over.

Phases

Phases run one after another. You start the next one yourself once the previous one is done, so you stay in control.

Draw

Put teams into slots at random or by hand, for example when last year's winner is seeded.

Indoor cup with 12 teams

Four groups of three in the morning, finals in the afternoon.

Group winners play the semi-finals, runners-up play for fifth place. You set it up once. In the afternoon you start the final round and the placeholders turn into real team names.

Common questions

Can I change the format once matches are underway?

You can adjust later phases as long as they haven't started. We wouldn't rebuild a group that's already playing, because standings and schedule would no longer match.

Is there a third-place match?

Yes. Add a single match to the last phase and put the two teams in once the semi-finals are played.

Is there double elimination and a Swiss system?

Yes. You add either inside a phase, not from a template. Double elimination has a losers bracket, and the final reset is a choice. In Swiss you pair the next round once the current one is complete.

Which scoring can I use?

You set the points for a win, draw and loss. Volleyball and other set-based sports get set scoring. Ties are broken by your criteria in the order you choose.

Set up your first tournament. Up to eight teams it costs nothing.
