EasyTourney

Futsal tournaments that keep the hall clock honest.

One court, short matches, 3 points. You set duration and gap so the hall booking holds. After a 6-meter shoot-out you enter the final score.

Futsal tournaments that keep the hall clock honest.

Typical format

Five-a-side, one court

Scoring

3 points, then difference

Match length

2 × 10 to 2 × 15 min

How you set up the futsal tournament

One court and the clock

Add one field. Matches run one after another. In the planner, enter the duration as the time the match occupies the court, including the break, plus a short gap. For eight teams, 2 × 10 or 2 × 12 is usually enough, not the 2 × 20 from a championship.

The table and the 6-meter shoot-out

In setup, leave 3, 1 and 0, then goal difference and goals scored. In the knockout you enter the final score after the shoot-out, for example 4:3. Fouls and timeouts stay at the court. The hall display shows the next match and the table.

Typical tournaments

01

Indoor masters

The groups-and-knockout template, one field, and a duration short enough that the semi-final and final finish before the hall closes.

02

League match day

Groups only, everyone plays everyone. No second phase. The day's table is the result.

03

Social tournament

The same scoring, a looser duration. The hall display shows the next match. You do not need the chalkboard.

How to set it up

Four steps and the basics are in place.

  1. 1

Enter the match length as it actually occupies the court, including the break, and set the gap to two or three minutes.

  2. 2

Add exactly one field. Matches run one after another. Most halls do not have a second court.

  3. 3

Scoring 3, 1, 0. Tie-breakers: points, goal difference, goals scored.

  4. 4

Put the display on the projector, with the upcoming-matches slide. Scores come from the helper at the timekeeper's table.

Futsal tournament questions

How do I enter a 6-meter shoot-out?

As the final score, for example 4:3. The knockout then has a winner. A draw in the group stays a draw, and both teams get a point.

Does EasyTourney track fouls and timeouts?

No. What gets saved is the score. Team fouls and timeouts stay at the court. The table uses 3, 1 and 0 and the goal difference.

How do I fit every match into one hall booking?

Add one field and enter the duration including the break. The plan lines the matches up. If the semi-final and final no longer fit, shorten the duration or add a second match day.

How do teams see the next kick-off?

On the hall display and on the tournament page in the browser. Time, court and table are there. Nobody installs anything.

Who enters the score?

The helper at the timekeeper's table, through the helper link, from a phone. The table updates without anyone walking over to the organizers.
